Job Overview:The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages to customers, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The role involves effective communication with kitchen staff and customers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of service.

1. Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and seat them at tables.
• Present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and provide recommendations.
• Take customer orders and relay them to kitchen staff in a timely manner.
• Ensure that customers’ needs are met and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional service in a friendly and professional manner.

1. Order Management:

• Accurately record customer orders in the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ensure orders are served accurately and according to customer specifications.
• Serve food and drinks promptly to the correct table.
• Check with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take any additional orders.
