🍞 BREAD / BAKERY CHEF – JOB DESCRIPTION(For Subrap – A Unit of Sidhiman Hospitality LLP)

📍 Location:Panipat / Karnal (Outlet location)

👨‍🍳 Position:Bread / Bakery Chef (QSR Setup)

• 🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities:Daily fresh sub bread / bun preparation
• Dough mixing, proofing & baking as per given SOP
• Maintain taste, softness & consistency
• Follow hygiene & food safety standards
• Maintain bakery area cleanliness
• Coordinate with kitchen team for service timing
• Report daily production quantity to owner/manager
• No change in recipe without owner approval
• 🎓 Experience Required:Minimum 6 months – 2 years bakery / bread experience
• QSR / café / hotel bakery background preferred
• Freshers with bakery training can apply
• ⏰ Working Hours:8–10 hours shift
• Weekly 1 off (as per outlet policy)
• 💰 Salary & Benefits:₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (experience based)
