Fitness Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and certified Gym Trainer to guide members in achieving their fitness goals. The candidate should be knowledgeable about exercise techniques, fitness plans, and able to motivate clients while ensuring safety during workouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ fitness levels and understand their goals
• Design personalized workout plans for members
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form and technique
• Provide guidance on strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments
• Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals
• Ensure safety and prevent injuries during workouts
