Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruiter (Female)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and client companies until successful joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen resumes from various job portals such as Naukri, TimesJobs, Shine, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms based on client requirements.
- Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for open positions.
- Explain the client company’s job profile, role expectations, and organizational details clearly to candidates during interviews.
- Obtain candidate consent for proceeding with face-to-face interview rounds with client company managers.
- Share shortlisted candidate profiles with client companies through email and verbal communication.
- Coordinate and line up candidates for face-to-face interviews as per client shortlisting.
- Collect and share interview feedback from client companies.
- Coordinate with client company HR teams for offer generation and documentation collection.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and manage post-joining follow-up as per replacement clause policies.
- Prepare and submit daily MIS reports and recruitment updates to seniors.
- Continuously learn about new job profiles, industry trends, and recruitment best practices, and share knowledge with peers and seniors.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring lifecycle
- Proficiency in using job portals and social media for sourcing
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field (preferred)
- Freshers or candidates with relevant recruitment experience can apply
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR consultancy (preferred)
