Job Description
- Job Description – Sales & Service Engineer(IVD)
- Responsible for promoting and selling IVD instruments and reagents to labs, hospitals, and distributors.
- Generate new leads, meet clients, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and installations at customer sites.
- Provide after-sales service support, including troubleshooting and technical assistance.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collect and share market feedback, competitor insights, and reporting with management.
- Coordinate with the service and application team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
