- Key Responsibilities:Create and develop design layouts, working drawings & 3D concepts (AutoCAD/SketchUp).
- Visit sites to ensure execution matches design plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for material sourcing and quality control.
- Prepare presentations and communicate design ideas clearly to clients/consultants.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget.
- Requirements:Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Experience in commercial and residential interiors preferred.
