• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Travel to different sites/locations as per recruitment needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring goals.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Source and attract the right talent through job portals, social platforms, and local networks.
• Lead local recruitment drives using posters, banners, and other visual mediums in strategic areas.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

• Willingness to travel within the region
• Strong communication & multitasking skills
• Hands-on experience hiring bikers and ground staff
• Understanding of the logistics and supply chain ecosystem
• Creativity in executing local hiring campaigns using posters & field outreach
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (logistics/supply chain/manufacturing preferred)
