Technical Service Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Providing regular input to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM
2. Provide Customer Service to end customers in the designated districts
3. Track and report quality of company products through on site tests and market sampling
4. Collect independent feedback from end customers about selling process (Price, Service Levels, Quality, etc.) and report the same to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM.

Manage relationship with Key Accounts and Key influencers 

Qualifications

Essential : BE/BTech in Civil Engineering

Experience Relevant : 3 years 

Qualitative Aspects : The individual should be a team player, having high convincing power. Target oriented and adaptive to the changing scenarios. A multitasker with ability to withstand pressure. The individual should have ability to take challenges.
