Job Description
Position: Sales Officer – Gold Loan
Grade: Officer
Reporting To: Branch Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
Tenure: 1 Year
Role Summary:
Responsible for sourcing Gold Loan customers from the open market through marketing activities, cold calls, and references, and converting branch leads into business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily open-market lead generation
- Follow-up and conversion of branch leads
- Meet monthly sales and productivity targets
- Maintain lead records and DSR
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding and product education
Eligibility:
- Age: 22–35 years
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 1–2 years in Gold Loan / Sales
CTC: Up to ₹3.18 LPA
