Sales & Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales goals, promoting offers, cross-selling, upselling, and processing sales/returns.

Product Expertise: Developing deep knowledge of products to effectively advise customers.

Store Operations: Restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, maintaining displays, and ensuring cleanliness.

Relationship Building: Creating positive experiences to encourage repeat business and gathering customer feedback.

Administrative: Handling cash, managing inventory, maintaining sales records, and reporting.
