Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote Salaried Personal Loans. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, willing to work in the field, and eager to achieve targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Education: Graduate

✔ Age: Less than 27 years

✔ Gender: Male candidates required

✔ Mandatory Requirement: Must own a bike

✔ Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

✔ Interest: Candidates must be willing to work in a field sales role

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers for Salaried Personal Loans
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Maintain good relationships with customers and resolve queries
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily progress to the manager
• Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers
