Job Description
We are looking for a Home Connect Master Supervisor to join our team in Kayamkulam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising field teams, ensuring timely installation and maintenance of JioFiber connections, and delivering excellent customer service.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise field technicians and ensure daily targets are met.
- Monitor installation and service quality.
- Coordinate with backend teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain reports on performance and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in broadband, fiber, or telecom field work preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
