Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR) ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment & manpower planning for plant and staff positions
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and induction of new employees
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance, and leave management
- Handle payroll inputs, overtime, shift schedules, and attendance reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs
- Address employee grievances and support industrial relations activities
- Coordinate training & skill development programs for shop-floor employees
- Assist in disciplinary procedures and maintain related documentation
- Administration ResponsibilitiesManage factory administration, housekeeping, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate security, canteen, transport, and vendor services
- Oversee office supplies, assets, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental norms
- Support audits (internal, external, statutory) and inspections
- Liaise with government authorities and external agencies when required
