Generate Invoices to dealers with approved Estimate List

File / maintain all duplicate invoice copies in respective files

Coordinate with Packing & despatch Departments for ontime delivery of

billed invoiced to dealers

Update invoices to DMS - Company website

Prepare Purchase Orders based on Minimum Stock availability data

Review Auto Purchase order and submit the same to parent company

Assist Team in generating E-way bills based on invoice details

Actively involve and coordinate with team on stock audit as and when

required  coordibate with Compnay Team  by Calls & E- Mail for SPR & other
