Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and provide prompt assistance at the counter.
  • Process cash, card, UPI, and digital wallet payments accurately.
  • Issue entry tickets, food bills, or merchandise invoices as required.
  • Maintain cash till balance and ensure accurate end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Provide information regarding park timings, ticket types, offers, and facilities.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  • Follow all Wonderla safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
  • Keep the counter area clean, organized, and fully equipped.
  • Coordinate with supervisors for stock, price updates, or technical issues.
  • Prevent billing errors, fraud, and maintain data confidentiality.
