Roles and Responsibility

• Manage plant security operations including gates, access control, and surveillance

• Monitor CCTV systems and investigate incidents

• Conduct risk assessments and prevent loss/pilferage

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

• Coordinate emergency response and crisis management

• Oversee cyber security aspects related to factory systems

• Lead and manage security personnel and agencies

• Conduct security training and awareness programs

• Investigate security incidents and prepare reports

• Manage contractor and vendor security compliance

• Plan and manage security budgets and infrastructure

Factory-Specific Notes

·        Close coordination with: Safety Manager ,HR & Administration Production teams

·        Critical role in material movement control & asset protection

·        Supports compliance under industrial and labour laws
