Job Description
- Customer HandlingGreet visitors politely and guide them at the counter
- Answer queries about tickets, rides, offers, and timings
- Ticketing & BillingIssue entry tickets, ride tickets, or food coupons
- Handle cash, UPI, card payments accurately
- Maintain proper billing records
- Sales SupportPromote combo offers, fast-track tickets, or packages
- Upsell products like food, merchandise, or lockers
- Queue ManagementManage crowd at the counter efficiently
- Ensure smooth and quick service during peak hours
- CoordinationCoordinate with other departments (rides, food court, security)
- Inform guests about park rules and safety guidelines
- Complaint HandlingHandle customer complaints politely
- Escalate issues to supervisors when required
- Cleanliness & PresentationKeep the counter area clean and organized
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior
- Daily ReportingMaintain daily sales reports and cash reconciliation
- Submit reports to supervisor at the end of shift
