About Bluecat Paper LLPBluecat Paper LLP manufactures and markets 100% tree-free paper using alternative fibres such as cotton rag, banana, coffee husk, hemp, flax, and other agro-waste materials. We work with designers, printers, brands, and global buyers to create sustainable paper and packaging solutions.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled DTP Designer who understands print production, paper behaviour, and layout precision. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will convert concepts into print-ready files across stationery, packaging, marketing collateral, and export samples.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare print-ready artwork for paper, stationery, and packaging products
- Work on layouts for brochures, catalogues, spec sheets, labels, and boxes
- Handle pre-press checks including bleeds, trims, colour modes, and dielines
- Adapt designs across multiple sizes, GSMs, and paper textures
- Coordinate with internal sales, production, and print vendors
- Manage revisions, version control, and final file exports
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and print standards
- Required SkillsStrong command of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Solid understanding of print production and pre-press workflows
- Experience working with packaging dielines and cutter guides
- Knowledge of CMYK, Pantone, spot colours, and paper limitations
- High attention to detail and file accuracy
- Preferred QualificationsExperience in stationery, paper, packaging, or print-heavy industries
- Familiarity with textured, handmade, or specialty papers
- Basic understanding of print finishing (foiling, embossing, die-cutting)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
