We work with designers, printers, brands, and global buyers to create sustainable paper and packaging solutions.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled DTP Designer who understands print production, paper behaviour, and layout precision. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will convert concepts into print-ready files across stationery, packaging, marketing collateral, and export samples.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare print-ready artwork for paper, stationery, and packaging products
• Work on layouts for brochures, catalogues, spec sheets, labels, and boxes
• Handle pre-press checks including bleeds, trims, colour modes, and dielines
• Adapt designs across multiple sizes, GSMs, and paper textures
• Coordinate with internal sales, production, and print vendors
• Manage revisions, version control, and final file exports
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and print standards
• Required SkillsStrong command of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of print production and pre-press workflows
• Experience working with packaging dielines and cutter guides
• Knowledge of CMYK, Pantone, spot colours, and paper limitations
• High attention to detail and file accuracy
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in stationery, paper, packaging, or print-heavy industries
• Familiarity with textured, handmade, or specialty papers
• Basic understanding of print finishing (foiling, embossing, die-cutting)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
