Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and serve as the first point of contact for visitor assistance

Provide accurate information on park attractions, ride safety guidelines, show schedules, tickets, and facilities

Handle guest complaints, feedback, and service recovery situations in a calm and professional manner

Assist guests with special needs, senior citizens, and families to ensure comfort and accessibility

Manage lost and found cases and maintain proper documentation

Support crowd management during peak hours, events, and emergency situations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure

Good listening skills and attention to detail

Qualifications and Experience

Graduate or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred

0 to 6 months of experience in guest relations, customer service, hospitality, or service industry

Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered

Working Conditions

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Ability to stand and move across the park for extended periods
