Housekeeping Boy

Job Summary:

The Houseman is responsible for supporting the housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness in public areas, assisting room attendants, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all public areas such as lobby, corridors, restrooms, and elevators
• Assist housekeeping staff with linen distribution, bed making, and room setup
• Handle laundry movement, including collection and delivery of linens
• Ensure timely removal of garbage and waste from designated areas
• Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials
• Support room attendants in deep cleaning tasks
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
• Assist in setting up rooms for VIP guests or special requests
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and hotel standards
