Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary:The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, handling customer enquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property sales. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities:Sales & Lead ManagementHandle incoming enquiries from portals, walk-ins, and referrals
• Generate new leads through cold calling and networking
• Maintain and update customer details in CRM
• Client Interaction & Site VisitsSchedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers
• Explain project features, pricing, floor plans, payment schedules, and offers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable units
• Negotiation & ClosingNegotiate pricing and payment terms within company guidelines
• Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets
• Follow up consistently to close deals
• Documentation & Booking SupportAssist customers with booking forms and documentation
• Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams after booking
• Ensure timely collection of documents and payments
• Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Ensure smooth handover to CRM team post booking
• Handle basic customer concerns during the sales process
• Market Intelligence & ReportingTrack competitor projects, pricing, and market trends
• Submit daily call reports, site visit reports, and booking updates
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences
