Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Help customers select merchandise and answer product-related questions

Operate cash registers and handle billing, payments, and receipts

Ensure accurate cash handling and follow billing procedures

Replenish stock and arrange merchandise attractively

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop

Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to supervisors

Follow Wonderla’s safety, hygiene, and customer service standards

Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required
