Location: Project Sites (PAN Bangalore, as assigned)

Reporting To: Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager

Type: Full-Time | Site-Based

About Us

We are a turnkey industrial construction firm delivering projects across industrial, warehousing, and commercial sectors with in-house PEB and civil teams. We are looking for motivated Site Supervisors with hands-on experience in basic site execution and supervision activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution

• Monitor daily construction activities at site and ensure adherence to work plans.
• Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and labor as per task allocation.
• Assist in site marking, foundation layout, and levelling using dumpy level or auto-level.
• Ensure correct execution of blockwork, plastering, PCC, RCC, and finishing works.
• Supervise erection activities during PEB assembly – bolt tightening, structural alignment, safety compliance.

Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain daily progress report (DPR) and update photographs.
• Coordinate with storekeeper for material issue and availability.
• Ensure curing schedules are followed and rework is avoided.
• Report site discrepancies, material shortages, or delays proactively to seniors.

Site Safety & Quality

• Ensure safety practices are followed by labor and supervisors on site.
• Check line, level, and plumb during civil works and PEB erection.
• Follow checklists for each work stage – marking, casting, de-shuttering, etc.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in PEB/Industrial projects.
• Basic understanding of drawings (plan, section, footing layout, elevation).
• Familiarity with dumpy level, survey tape, plumb bob, water level, etc.
• Ability to communicate clearly with labor teams and site engineers.
• Willingness to be posted at project sites across locations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is young, energetic, and eager to learn, with hands-on experience supervising basic construction and/or steel erection works. You should understand the importance of level, alignment, finishing, curing, and worker coordination.
