Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu selections
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
  • Handle guest queries and complaints politely and professionally
  • Follow resort service standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines
  • Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting as per service requirements
  • Upsell menu items and promote special offers when required
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Desired Skills & Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a pleasant personality
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Team player with a positive and proactive approach
  • Basic understanding of POS systems is an added advantage
  • Qualification Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass (Hotel Management preferred)
  • Certification in Food & Beverage Service is a plus
  • Experience Minimum 1 year of experience as a Steward / Waiter in a restaurant, hotel, or resort
