Construction / Site Supervisor

Position: Project Manager (1 Vacancy)

  Key Responsibilities

 1. Site Execution & Technical Understanding

 • Execution experience in:

 • Rock cutting & excavation

 • Soil filling / backfilling

 • Subgrade preparation

 • WBM/WMM layers

 • Road formation

 • Stormwater drainage (RCC drains, culverts)

 • Ensuring quality control across all civil works including roadwork, drainage, earthwork, utilities, and finishing.

 • Ability to verify levels, compaction, slopes, and material quality.

 2. Drawings, Surveys & Interpretation

 • Comfortable working with:

 • Total Station

 • GPS survey data

 • Contour maps

 • AutoCAD site layout drawings

 • Capable of checking survey points, levels, and coordinating layout execution as per approved drawings.

  3. Consultant & Vendor Coordination

  • Daily coordination with:

  • Structural consultants

  • Licensing architects

  • MEP consultants

  • Landscape consultants

  • Infrastructure consultants

  • Following up for timely submissions, clarifications, and alignment with the execution schedule.

  • Managing vendors and contractors to ensure productivity, timelines, and quality compliance.

  4 . Planning, Documentation & Reporting

  • Preparing:

  • DPRs (Daily Progress Reports)

  • Weekly execution planning

  • Material requirement schedules

  • Managing:

  • BOQs

  • Material reconciliation

  • Work progress vs. baseline plans

  • Strong documentation discipline and ability to maintain updated site records.

  🔷 Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)

  • 3–10 years of experience in site execution for plotted development, villa projects, townships, or infrastructure works.

  • Strong understanding of earthwork, roadwork, drainage, leveling, utilities, and structural execution.

  • Ability to manage teams, coordinate with consultants, and handle on-site challenges.

Salary Slab:

₹ 50000- 149000/- per month, based on experience
