Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with production targets

• Optimize deployment of manpower, materials, and machinery across projects

• Coordinate with procurement and stores to ensure material availability

• Prepare project budgets and track actual vs. estimated expenses

• Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports and MIS dashboards

• Work closely with Design, Production, Procurement, and Quality teams

• Support the QC team in monitoring quality standards and compliance

• Identify project risks and prepare mitigation and contingency plans

• Update clients on project milestones, deliverables, and timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a PPC / Planning role in a manufacturing setup

• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera or equivalent)

• Working knowledge of ERP systems

• Strong command of MS Excel or Google Sheets

• Good communication and inter-team coordination skills
