*Job Summary*

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive/Assistant with 1 to 2 years of experience in store operations or inventory management. The ideal candidate will be involved in handling day-to-day store activities, stock management, material handling, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.

Maintain accurate inventory records using tally prime or manual systems.

Issue materials to production or other departments as per requisitions.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.

Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.

Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and safety measures for stored items.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in store/inventory management.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any stream (preferably in supply chain, logistics, or related field).

Basic knowledge of inventory software (Tally prime, Microsoft Excel etc.).

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, and inventory control techniques.
