Business Development Manager (BDM)

At Solanova, we are on a mission to make clean and affordable solar energy accessible to everyone. We're looking for a Field Sales BDM who can drive solar rooftop sales, build local partnerships, and help us grow in Gorakhpur.

What you will do:

•⁠ ⁠Generate and convert leads for solar rooftop projects

•⁠ ⁠Meet customers, do site visits, and close deals

•⁠ ⁠Build strong local market presence and partner network

•⁠ ⁠Achieve sales targets and grow with us

What we are looking for:

•⁠ ⁠2-5 years in field/B2C/B2B sales (solar/energy/ electrical preferred)

•⁠ ⁠Great communication skills in Hindi & English

•⁠ ⁠Self driven, target focused, comfortable with fieldwork

•⁠ ⁠Local market knowledge is a big plus

•⁠ ⁠Two wheeler & smartphone required
