o   Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote visa and immigration services.

o   Follow up with leads via phone, email, or messaging platforms to generate sales.

2. Customer Interaction & Handling

o   Engage professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored visa solutions.

o   Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

3. Sales Generation & Target Achievement

o   Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets as defined by the management.

o   Convert inquiries into confirmed clients by offering expert guidance and information.

4. Convincing & Negotiation

o   Use persuasive communication techniques to educate and convince potential clients about our services.

o   Handle objections effectively and turn them into opportunities.

5. Communication & Presentation Skills

o   Communicate clearly and confidently in English, Hindi, or regional languages as required.

o   Present service offerings in an appealing and structured manner.

6. Application Orientation & Assistance

o   Provide clients with guidance on visa application processes, documentation, and timelines.

o   Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth application flow and timely processing.

7. Follow-ups

o   Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions

o   Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.

8. Reporting & Feedback

o   Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the Sales Manager.

o   Share customer feedback to help improve service offerings and address concerns.

9. Adherence to Company Policies

o   Comply with all internal guidelines, scripts, and legal regulations related to sales and immigration.

o   Maintain confidentiality of client data and organizational processes.

Candidate from any sales industry preferred.

Salary hike: 25% hike from previous Salary.

Incentives: Rs. 1000-Rs. 4000 per case
