Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Production Planning (In-House Operations)

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and forecasts.

• Develop routing and process flow for precision components.

• Plan machine loading for CNC lathes, VMC, HMC, grinding machines, etc.

• Conduct capacity planning (machine hours, manpower, shifts).

• Balance load to avoid bottlenecks.

• Monitor production progress vs plan.

• Track WIP at each stage of machining.

• Ensure adherence to committed delivery schedules.

• Prepare daily MIS reports (output, rejection, machine utilization).
