Production Supervisor

Execute daily production plan as per sales order.

 Supervise manufacturing of wooden boxes, pallets, and crates as per approved SO& Drawings.

 Ensure correct raw material (wood type, thickness) is used.

 Allocate work to fitters and operators and monitor productivity.

 Maintain discipline, attendance, and proper shift handover.

 Ensure adherence to quality standards and reduce rework and rejection.

 Monitor standard time vs actual time and labor utilization.

 Control wood wastage and ensure proper utilization of material on shop floor.

 Maintain proper housekeeping (5S) and ensure PPE compliance.

 Prepare daily production report, wastage report, and manpower utilization report.

 Support ISO audits and maintain production-related documentation.
