Job Title: Field Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist (Driver Hiring)

Role के बारे में (About the Role)GreenLine Mobility Solutions को एक ऐसे Field Recruiter की तलाश है जो ऑफिस में बैठने के बजाय फील्ड में उतर कर काम कर सके। हमारी मुख्य जरूरत Trailer Truck Drivers की है।
इस रोल में आपको Manpower Vendors के साथ मिलकर काम करना होगा और दूर-दराज के इलाकों (remote locations/villages) में जाकर ऐसे अनुभवी ड्राइवर्स source करने होंगे जिनके पास Valid Heavy License हो।
हमें किस तरह के Drivers चाहिए? (Target Requirement)आपको जिन ड्राइवरों को ढूंढना है, उनकी रिक्वायरमेंट स्पष्ट है:
- Target Profile: Trailer Truck Drivers
- License Requirement: Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV/HMV) License
- License Vintage: लाइसेंस कम से कम 3 साल पुराना होना अनिवार्य है (Minimum 3 Years Old License).
आपकी जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities)1. Vendor Management & Collaboration
- Vendors के साथ संबंध बनाना: आपको नए Manpower Vendors और Agents को ढूँढना (identify) होगा जो specifically Trailer Drivers provide कर सकें।
- Strategy Design: Manpower partners के साथ मिलकर यह प्लान बनाना कि remote areas और गांवों से अच्छे ट्रेलर चालकों को कैसे लाया जाए।
- Monitoring: वेंडर्स सही प्रोफाइल (3 साल पुराना लाइसेंस) वाले ड्राइवर भेज रहे हैं या नहीं, यह चेक करना।
2. Field Sourcing & Network Building (फील्ड का काम)
- Field Visits: आपको नियमित रूप से Transport Nagars, Dhabas, और Driver Villages में visit करना पड़ेगाDirect Sourcing: फील्ड में जाकर ड्राइवरों को समझाना और उन्हें GreenLine में join करने के लिए प्रेरित करना।
3. Screening & Coordination (महत्वपूर्ण)
- Document Check: सबसे पहले यह चेक करना कि ड्राइवर के पास Heavy License है और वह 3 साल से ज्यादा पुराना है।
- Experience Check: यह सुनिश्चित करना कि ड्राइवर को Trailer Truck चलाने का अनुभव हो।
- Logistics: सेलेक्ट किये गए ड्राइवरों को उनके गांव/शहर से Hub तक लाने का इंतज़ाम वेंडर्स के साथ मिलकर करना।हमें कैसा Recruiter चाहिए? (Candidate Profile)Experience: 2 से 5 साल का अनुभव Blue-Collar Recruitment में (Logistics/Transport सेक्टर का अनुभव होना बेहतर है)।
- Field Work: कैंडिडेट को फील्ड में काम करने और ट्रेवल करने की आदत होनी चाहिए।
- Knowledge: कैंडिडेट को ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस और RTO के नियमों की बेसिक जानकारी होनी चाहिए ताकि वह Fake License या Ineligible candidates को पहचान सके।
- Language: हिंदी (Hindi) भाषा पर अच्छी पकड़ होनी चाहिएPersonality बातचीत में तेज और 'Street-smart' होना जरूरी है।
