Key responsibilities

• Operations and production: Oversee all daily factory operations, implement production plans to meet targets, and monitor production output and processes.
• Staff management: Hire, train, and supervise production staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance.
• Quality and safety: Ensure finished goods meet quality standards and that the factory complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Budget and cost control: Develop and manage the factory budget, control costs, and identify areas for cost reduction.
• Maintenance: Ensure all machinery and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, issues, and improvements to senior management.
• Continuous improvement: Review processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
