⮚ Admission Counseling: Engage on the phone with parents and students, providing  

information about various career paths, options, and programs (Degree/Graduation,  

Post-Graduation, and Doctorate) available in our partner universities across India. 

⮚ Clear and Accurate Information: Provide clear and accurate information about our  

EdTech programs, admission requirements, fees, available scholarships, and related  

services to ensure prospective students make informed decisions. 

⮚ Data Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of all admissions-related conversations  

in the CRM. 

⮚ Positive Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with  

prospective students, and tailor counseling approaches to meet the unique needs and  

concerns of individual students. 

⮚ Admissions Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end admission process  

for students, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed. 

⮚ Query Resolution: Address all admissions-related queries from the students and  

parents promptly and effectively. 

⮚ Converting Leads into Admissions: Utilize strong persuasion skills and a positive  

attitude to convert leads into successful admissions, contributing to the growth of our  

student community.
