Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing schedules, communicating with clients, preparing sales reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments. This role helps the sales process run efficiently and improves customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person and provide accurate information.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, order sheets, and documentation.
• Assist in processing orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with clients for payments, order confirmations, and feedback.
• Maintain and update CRM, customer records, and sales databases.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client documents.
• Track sales performance and help in achieving monthly targets.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining documents.
