Sales & Customer Support Executive

AirdeskSolutions is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Sales & Customer Representative. This role involves handling customer interactions, driving sales, and delivering excellent service within the aviation/travel process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle inbound and outbound calls related to flight bookings and travel inquiries

 Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, modifications, and general queries

 Convert inquiries into sales by suggesting suitable travel options.

 Provide accurate information about fares, policies, and services

 Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

 Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction

 Update and manage customer details in CRM systems

 Achieve daily and monthly performance and sales targets

 Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-centric attitude at all times

Required Skills:

 Good command of English (spoken and written)

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)

 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility Criteria:

 Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

 Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales or customer support

Location: Gillco Valley, Kharar

Shift Timings: Night Shift|12:30pm – 09:30pm & 3:30pm – 12:30pm
