Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Scheduling: Designing and publishing daily posts, reels, and stories that align with the brand’s voice. This often involves maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
• Community Management: Monitoring social channels to respond to comments and direct messages. This includes fostering engagement and resolving customer queries.
• Analytics & Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and follower growth. Executives use these insights to optimize future posts and campaigns.
• Campaign Execution: Supporting both organic and paid social media campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads) to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Trend Monitoring: Staying updated on algorithm changes, viral trends, and new platform features to keep content relevant. 

Required Skills

• Content & Design: Proficiency in copywriting and basic graphic design tools like Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of major platforms and their specific audience behaviors.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or third-party platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for effective brand storytelling and stakeholder collaboration.
