Job Summary

A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, close sales, and maintain customer relationships. The role involves effective communication, persuasion, and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and provide solutions.
• Follow up for payments, order confirmations, and customer feedback.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions.
• Work closely with the sales team and support marketing campaigns.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
