We are currently looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Explain company services and travel products to potential partners and clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
• Handle queries, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to convince and build relationships.
• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
