Job Role: Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

Make outgoing calls to customers or leads.

Share basic information about products/services.

Convince customers and convert inquiries into sales.

Follow up regularly to close deals.

Maintain customer data and call records.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Collect customer details and update records.

Coordinate with sales & technical teams.

Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and reminders.

Maintain polite and professional communication.

Skills Required

Basic computer knowledge.

Good communication & convincing skills.

Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.

Fluency Good communication & convincing skills.
