Clear Path Immigration is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our Visa & Immigration Department. The role involves handling customer inquiries, explaining visa & immigration services, and providing excellent client support over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients regarding visa and immigration services.
• Explain company services, process details, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information on visa categories, documentation, and application processes.
• Maintain client records and update the database regularly.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion into clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth application processing.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets of calls and conversions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
