Telecaller Cum Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Visa Counsellor to guide clients through visa application processes for study, work, and immigration purposes. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into successful enrollments/applications.Counsel clients regarding  tourist visas, work permits, and PR applications.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable visa options.
• Handle end-to-end visa processing and documentation.
• Assist clients in filling out visa forms and preparing required documents.
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
