We are hiring Solar Sales Executive and Telecaller.

Job Role: Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outgoing calls to customers or leads.
• Share basic information about products/services.
• Convince customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Follow up regularly to close deals.
• Maintain customer data and call records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collect customer details and update records.
• Coordinate with sales & technical teams.
• Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and reminders.
• Maintain polite and professional communication.

Skills Required

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication & convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Fluency Good communication & convincing skills.

Job Role: Solar Sales Executive

Location: Field & Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads (calls, site visits, referrals).
• Explain solar products, system capacity, pricing, and savings.
• Educate customers about government subsidy & net-metering.
• Conduct site visits and collect technical details.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with technical & installation teams.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Represent the company professionally in the market.

✅ Requirements:

· Good communication skills.

· Field sales experience preferred (solar experience is a plus).

· Basic mobile & WhatsApp knowledge.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated.

· Two-wheeler mandatory.
