Job Description
- Client Counseling: Provide expert guidance to clients on visa categories, immigration laws, and eligibility requirements for various countries.
- Documentation Support: Assist clients in gathering, verifying, and preparing visa application documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Application Management: Handle end-to-end visa processing, including filling out applications and filing cases with relevant authorities.
- Client Communication: Handle inbound inquiries, make outbound calls, and provide updates on application status, often within a sales or target-driven environment.
- Policy Updates: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing immigration policies and embassy requirements.
