Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of production operations, material logistics, and daily factory supervision at our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Factory Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to meet quality and output targets.
• Managing material inward (receiving) and material outward (dispatch) processes efficiently.
• Monitoring workflow, production schedules, and inventory levels.
• Ensuring equipment and machinery are operated safely and maintained properly.
• Enforcing quality control standards and compliance with safety policies.
• Training, guiding and evaluating the performance of factory staff.
• Reporting production performance, issues, and improvements to management.
• Troubleshooting operational challenges and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintaining production records and documentation.
• Collaborating with other departments to optimise workflow.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for candidates who have:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a factory or manufacturing supervision role

Age 22–45 years

Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word) for reporting and tracking

Strong understanding of production processes, safety standards, and material logistics

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Ability to manage teams, prioritise tasks, and work under pressure

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Additional (Preferred) Skills:

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen practices
• Basic understanding of ERP systems
• Familiarity with industrial safety SOPs

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)

12 Paid Leaves yearly

Travel Allowance: Extra / reimbursed
