Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell VMC (Vertical Machining Centers) and CNC machines. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, technical discussions, and coordination with internal teams to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for VMC & CNC machines
• Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, exhibitions, online platforms, and references
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers
• Understand customer machining requirements and recommend suitable machine solutions
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Marketing ResponsibilitiesPromote machines through digital marketing, brochures, catalogs, and trade shows
• Coordinate for machine demos, factory visits, and customer trials
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat orders and references
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback
• Support branding and promotional activities
• Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with service, application, production, and dispatch teams
• Ensure smooth order processing, installation, and after-sales follow-up
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and follow-ups
• Provide regular updates to management on sales pipeline and closures
• Required Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of CNC / VMC machines, tooling, and machining processes
• Ability to explain technical features to customers clearly
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and basic CRM tools
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
