Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory (inward & outward entries)

Update store registers, stock ledgers, and system entries regularly

Coordinate with purchase and maintenance teams for spare parts requirements

Verify supplier bills, GRN, and purchase invoices

Ensure proper bill booking and documentation in accounts

Track monthly consumption and stock balance

Assist in payment follow-ups with the accounts department

Maintain NOC, challans, and delivery records

Support monthly and yearly stock audits

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of spare parts

• Skills & Requirements:
• Knowledge of store accounting and inventory management
• Basic understanding of billing, invoices, and payments
• Ability to maintain records in Excel / ERP systems
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and record accuracy
