Job Description

  • Operations & Logistics: Overseeing inward, Goods Received Note (GRN), put-away, and stock movements. Managing shift operations, manpower deployment, and task allocation.
  • Inventory Control: Maintaining high inventory accuracy, conducting daily cycle counts, and supporting monthly audits. Controlling shrinkage, damages, and expiries, ensuring FIFO/FEFO compliance.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensuring adherence to SLAs for picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Team Management: Monitoring picker/packer productivity and attendance.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensuring adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and store hygiene.
