Job Description
Milling Operator (M1TR) ka mukhya kaam M1TR Vertical Turret Milling Machine ko chalakar drawing ke anusar sahi aur precision parts banana hai. Is pad par machine setup karna, sahi tools chunna, naap ki satikta sunishchit karna aur safety aur quality standards ka palan karna zaroori hai.
M1TR milling machine ka setup aur operation karna.
Engineering drawing ko padhna aur samajhna.
Sahi cutting tools, fixture aur material ka chayan karna.
Facing, drilling, slotting, keyway cutting, contouring jaise milling operations karna.
Vernier caliper, micrometer, dial gauge, height gauge se naap check karna.
Machine ki speed aur feed ko zarurat ke anusar adjust karna.
Machine ki safai aur basic maintenance karna.
Safety rules aur quality standards ka palan karna.
Machine mein koi problem ho to supervisor ko suchit karna.
