Quality Inspector

• Job Title: Quality Inspector(Rubber Industry)
• Location: Phase 4, Plot no. PAP A, 29/19, MIDC, opp. Mahindra Material gate 8A, Nighoje, Chakan, Maharashtra 410501
• Experience: 0–3
• Salary Range : ₹10,000 – ₹15000 per month
• Job Type: Full-Time

• Responsibilities:
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of rubber components.
• Check rubber parts for visual defects such as cracks, bubbles, flash, short molding, surface marks, and dimensional variation.
• Measure components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Shore Hardness Tester, etc.
• Verify product dimensions as per drawing and customer specification.
• Maintain daily inspection reports and quality records.
• Segregate rejected materials and raise NCR (Non-Conformance Report).
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and ISO procedures.
• Support production team in reducing rejection and improving quality.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards in inspection area.

• Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Polymer / Rubber Technology.
• Basic knowledge of rubber molding process (Compression / Injection / Transfer molding).
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
• Skill Preferences:
• Knowledge of rubber defects and testing methods.
• Basic understanding of hardness testing (Shore A).
• Good observation and attention to detail.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
